Bellway is working on proposals for a new development on land to the south of Radwinter Road, Saffron Walden. The site has outline planning permission, and will provide much-needed housing for the area, built on sustainable and community principles.

We held a drop-in event on Wednesday 23 October at the Saffron Walden Town Hall, where residents had the opportunity to meet the development team ask questions, and share their thoughts.

Once we have completed the consultation, considered the feedback given and amended our plans accordingly, we will be submitting a Reserved Matters Application to Uttlesford District Council.
